Sansaar Care Homes Limited has officially changed its name to Infinite Care Homes Limited.

This change reflects an important strategic decision to separate our children's care home operations from Sansaar Care Charity, which is currently in the process of registration with the Charity Commission.

During the charity registration process, it became clear that operating children's care homes within the proposed charity structure introduced unnecessary complexity and regulatory challenges. To ensure the charity could operate independently and focus exclusively on its charitable objectives, the decision was made to separate the care home business into its own organisation.

What This Means

Whilst our name has changed, our commitment to providing outstanding care for children remains exactly the same.

Infinite Care Homes Limited will continue to own and operate its children's homes independently as a not-for-profit limited company. Any profits generated will continue to be reinvested into:

• Enhancing the quality of care provided to children.
• Investing in the future and wellbeing of the children we support.
• Improving our homes, facilities and therapeutic environments.
• Supporting, developing and investing in our dedicated workforce.

Our values, commitment and passion for delivering exceptional care remain unchanged.

A New Identity

The name change also provides an opportunity to develop a new identity that better reflects our long-term vision and future ambitions.

A brand-new Infinite Care Homes website, together with new branding and a dedicated domain name, is currently under development and is expected to launch in September 2026.

Until then, our previous website remains available below for information.

Trading Arrangements

We will continue to operate and provide the services as Infinite Care Homes Limited

All relevant stakeholders, including Ofsted, Local Authorities, commissioners, suppliers and partner organisations, have been notified of the name change.
